ohohoh~~~...
recently erm maybe this weeks tueday...our school had a sexuality course...so awkard lor...two classes had the course together...i noe have to be more kan fang...but boys n gals have the lesson in the same room and the teacher is a guy...u noe...very weird rite...the whole moral of the lesson is...?i really duno...actually i think it is useless to teenagers...maybe it goes out to underage teenagers who have sex before marriage...the most unforgetable thing about the lesson was the video on abortion...haiz...i see the video very xin dong...many gals i think cried... so sad we see how the irresponsible mothers got their abortion...the baby~~very sad...T.T sobs...now really grateful that my mum n dad love me n didnt even thought of giving my life away...i love myself more n really scare of dying...

btw i got a new idea of what to put in my blog le...i was cooking tody when i suddenly thougt of it...hahas i can actually put cooking recipes hahas if ur dun nid...cause i really love cooking... so i m going to start today...i still remember how to cook the fruit tart rachel's mum taught me... hahas it was during the sec one period i think...it was really nice... so the ingredients are...

50g of butter
100g of flour
1/2 a portion of an egg white
1/2 a portion of an egg yolk
50g of sugar
a can of coctail
a can of wheat cream

so how to do it...
put the 50 grams of butter in a mixing bowl...''PLAY'' with the butter or rather mix it until it looks abit like it is melting...then add in 50 grams of sugar with the butter into the mixing bowl... stir it until all the suger is dissolve in the butter...it should look sticky...then add in both porton of the egg...stir until both mixture(the butter & the sugar & the egg)blend together...it should look pale yellow n abit watery...slowing sieve the flour into the mixture n stir it... after adding in all the flour...check if there is flour found at the bottom of the inner mixing bowl...it should see sticky n definitely smelling good...pre-heat the oven to the degree of 180...

now mould it into the standard shape using a moulder...nx time show ur the pic...now late le... there is different size de up to u...choose wad u like...if u use the small one...with the amount of ingredient used can make up to 14...remeber to poke holes at the bottom of the mould after putting it in a moulder...

after moulding n shaping...put it in the oven...pls be observate...dun burn ur tarts...when the mould turns light brown...wait for another 1 minute then take it out...let it cool down...hahas i not that patient so i put it in the freezer...but pls dun learn will spoil ur fridge...so after waiting so long for it to cool down....put in the wheat cream...hahahas most fun part coz can put it in any shape u want at the top of the tarts... after that...put the fruits in....pick any fruit u like from the can of cocktail...then it is finish...

tips...
if u wan to preserve ur fruit tarts...u have to use agar agar jelly..this is because the wheat cream will become watery after a period of time n slowly it disappear..so the only way to keep it there is to put agar agar on top of it... so the way to do it is...

cook the agar agar(the transparent one) then when it is warm (not hot) apply it by using a brush onto the top of the fruit tart after adding in the fruits and everything...then after applying..leave it in the fridge...i duno how long can it last coz i nv try it b4...coz my family eat it all up in a few seconds...hahas...

the end nx time teach how to cook green bean soup...hahas...
